  • Type in a specific title or click the dropdown to search by author (last name first!) 
  • Start a subject search by using the keyword option on the dropdown menu.
  • When you find a book of interest, click on the subject headings in the record to find similar items.
  • You can also browse by call number to take a virtual walk through the book stacks.

Call Numbers

Call numbers tell you where a book is shelved. In the Francis A. Drexel Library, we use the Library of Congress Classification which groups titles by subject matter.

The following call number ranges will help you get started:

PE1128-1130.5 ESL; Textbooks, readers, etc. for foreign speakers
