HIS 471 Seminar in American History: The 1950s: Interlibrary Loan

Fall 2011

Interlibrary Loan Online Forms

Use these online forms to order books, DVDs and articles through ILL.

PALCI

E-ZBorrow is PALCI's (Pennsylvania Academic Library Consortium, Inc.) web gateway that allows simultaneous searching of academic library catalogs in Pennsylvania and surrounding states.

What is ILL?

Interlibrary Loan allows the Library to borrow books and articles from other libraries across the country. If you see a book or article that we do not have in the collection, request it on ILL and we can order it from another school. We usually receive the book or article within 3-5 days, sometimes even within 24 hours. There is no charge for this service unless the book is overdue, damaged or lost.

Articles ordered for students are delivered in one of two ways:

  • when possible, articles are delivered to your desktop via SJU email (SJU email address ONLY)
  • when electronic delivery is not possible, an email will be sent to the student's SJU email address notifying them when the paper copy of their article is available for pick up at the Francis A. Drexel Library's Service Desk
  • paper and electronic copies can be kept and do not need to be returned to the Library

Books ordered for students will be delivered to Drexel Library. When the book arrives, an email will be sent to the student's SJU email address notifiying them when the book is available for pick up at Francis A. Drexel Library's Service Desk.
