Securities Class Action Clearinghouse Provides detailed information relating to the prosecution, defense, and settlement of federal class action securities fraud litigation. It covers banking, consumer protection, false claims, environmental, wage & hour, safety, employment discrimination, price-fixing, bribery and other cases resolved by over 50 federal regulatory agencies and all parts of the Justice Department since 2000 -- plus cases from state AGs and selected state regulatory agencies as well as employment-related class actions. In all: 437,000 civil and criminal cases with penalties of $627 billion.

Drucker Institute Company Ranking 2022 "The measure seeks to assess how well a company follows a core set of principles advanced by the late Peter Drucker, a professor, consultant, author and longtime Wall Street Journal columnist. Mr. Drucker died in 2005. These principles serve as touchstones for five dimensions of corporate performance: Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement and Development, Innovation, Social Responsibility and Financial Strength."
Corporate Watch A research organization offering a more radical critique of international corporations but focuses on national issues. The group describes itself as "part of the growing anti-corporate movement springing up around the world. " Expect some bias.
