Can't Find the Book You Want?

If you can't find the book you want in the library catalog or the online e-book collections, you can request to borrow a copy from another library. It will be delivered to you here at SJU.

Finding Books

Primo
Primo has the widest coverage of the library's resources. To use Primo to find e-books, enter your search. Limit your results to Available Online, and then choose "books" from the "Resource type" filter. To find print books in the library's collection, search by title, author, or keyword first. Then, on the search results page, check off the "Available at the Library" box in the left hand menu.

Request Library Books for Pickup

Log into Primo with your SJU username and password.
When you find the item you want, click 'Request" in the Get It section of the record.
Select a pickup location, either Drexel Library or J.W. England Library.
Click "Send Request"
When your requested items are ready, you will receive an email.
Pick up your items within seven days of notification in the Drexel Library atrium or at the Service Desk at the J.W. England Library.
Return borrowed items using the exterior book drop or at the Service Desk.
