1. Click the Speaker icon 
in the tool tray at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Select Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio). 
1. Click the up caret by the Microphone icon 
in the Zoom application.
2. Select Audio Settings. 
3. Click the Speaker button, then select (Realtek(R) Audio) or select Same as System (Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)).
